Hello and Welcome!

My health journey began when I made the decision to stop eating processed foods. The change was almost immediate—I lost 20 pounds and felt fantastic! But as the years went by, something shifted. Despite eating clean and exercising, I experienced debilitating days when I couldn’t get out of bed, plagued by terrible headaches and nausea. This affected my family life, my work, and even special occasions. I was determined to find out what was wrong.

After a particularly active vacation where my husband and I hiked daily, I returned home to find I had gained weight despite our efforts. This perplexing situation led me to visit my doctor, where I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s hypothyroidism and a leaky gut. This was a turning point for me.

Determined to heal naturally, I embarked on a journey to nourish my body with clean whole foods, good quality sleep, regular exercise, and stress reduction. I eliminated gluten and dairy from my diet and conducted an elimination diet to understand how my body reacted to different foods. The results were transformative.

Years later, I’m proud to say I have successfully managed my autoimmune disease through natural means. I believe in the power of using food as medicine and have incorporated various wellness practices into my life. This journey has taught me that good health is more than just the absence of disease—it’s about thriving in every aspect of life.

With over 20 years of experience as a professional facilitator, I’ve helped individuals at all levels of their careers through leadership coaching, employee development, and mentoring. Now, as a certified health coach, I’m combining my professional background with my passion for health and wellness to support others in their journeys.

I hold a degree in Business Management with a minor in Psychology from Albertus Magnus College. I earned my health coach certification from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, obtained my advanced health coach certification from Emory University, and became a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. I also earned my Certified Culinary Coach designation from Harvard Medical. I am a Volunteer Chef for Lasagna Love and Neighborhood Captain for Naborforce. Additionally, I’m a Reiki practitioner and an ordained minister.

On a personal note, I’m married with a blended family of five adult children and two grandchildren. My husband and I love traveling, outdoor activities, sporting events, and live music. I’m a foodie who enjoys cooking and trying new recipes, Pilates, strength training, meditation, and living a vibrant, healthy life.

I am excited to work with women ready to embrace their health journeys through lifestyle changes. I believe in creating a supportive environment where you can discover and achieve your health goals. Together, we can transform your health and life. Are you ready to take control of your health and start this journey with me? Let’s make it happen.
