Health Coaching

Health can mean different things for you. It may be food and nutrition. It can also be movement and exercise, quality sleep, mindful awareness, relaxation, spirituality, meaningful work and relationships. What’s important to one person may not be to another. Everyone is on their own health journey. I offer several ways to help you on your health journey. I am open to customizing services for individuals, small groups and larger group sessions.

Group Presentations

As a former professional facilitator, I enjoy working with groups. I will provide an interactive and enjoyable health educational experience. I am available for small groups, community events, health fairs, business luncheons, school events and corporate wellness. I am available for onsite presentations, depending on location and virtual training.


Pantry Makeovers

When was the last time you looked at what was in your pantry? How do you feel about grocery shopping? When you decide to take action to get your health back, it’s a good idea to start with your pantry and how you shop. You will learn some basic nutrition information, how to read the food labels and what clean eating is all about. Once you learn this, it will open up a whole new way of healthy eating for you. This session can be added onto your Experience or can be done separately. It’s great for group settings, too. It can be virtual or in person, depending on location.

Individual Consultations

Expanded Awareness Experience

This Experience is for you if you are committed to making changes but don’t know where to start. Or you have started, and didn’t follow through. We will explore where you are and where you want to be through a customized approach.
You will learn nutrition basics.
You will become confident in reading food labels and making healthy choices at the grocery store.
You will learn how to transform your pantry and your refrigerator with healthy foods.

3 Month Experience – 8 private coaching sessions

We will meet weekly during the first month for 30 minutes, and then every other week for 30 minutes during month 2 and month 3. Between sessions, you will have coach access through email.


Restore to Wholeness Experience

This Experience is for you if want to seek further ways use food as medicine or explore deeper the elements of self-care to create a balanced life, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

You are multi-dimensional and ever-evolving. Are you searching for inner fulfillment? We will explore these areas to help you become the center of your well-being.
You are the expert of your life. I will help you get focused on what you love, value and want out of life. And by doing so, help you more readily to have what you want in your life.

3 Month Experience – 12 private coaching sessions

We will meet weekly for 45 minutes. Between sessions, you will have coach access through email and text.
